DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery Areas:

Standard delivery areas include the Hutt Valley Metro and Eastbourne.
Outside of the standard areas orders over $2000 can be quoted.

Delivery Charges:

Standard charge = $80
Large items which require 2 people = $120
Any additional person required + $50

California Home and Garden Delivery Health & Safety Terms and Conditions

  • Kerbside delivery. Maximum 5m from back of truck.

  • Sufficient (flat) room for truck to access at property.

  • Heavy items cannot be taken up stairs.

  • Bulk soil deliveries on pallet can be provided by arrangement.

  • Pets and animals must be kept inside the house otherwise the delivery will be cancelled at the customer’s expense.

  • Any Health and Safety information not communicated by the customer will result in the cancellation of the delivery at the customer’s expense.

  • California Home & Garden reserves the right to defer the date of delivery and/or pass onto a transport company.

  • California Home & Garden reserves the right to reasonably adjust delivery charges in the event of changes of cost or incorrect quotation.
